Oregon State University developed and and thoroughly tested Decoy against Spotted-Wing Drosophila (SWD) in multiple susceptible crops.  Decoy reduces damage by SWD on strawberry, blueberry, caneberries, cherries and other susceptible crops.  TerrAmor Inc. obtained the patent license for Decoy in 2020. Decoy is a minimum risk insecticide in the states of Oregon and California.  Additional registrations are in the works. Decoy provides a ~50% reduction in crop damage, alone or in combination with insecticides in open-field commercial settings.  Decoy can be used in organic conventional and residential settings.
